  • WIPO - World Intellectual Property Organization administrated Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works of September 9, 1886 (as amended on September 28, 1979), Article 1 Establishment of a Union: 'The countries to which this Convention applies constitute a Union for the protection of the rights of authors in their literary and artistic works'; Article 3 Criteria of Eligibility for Protection: '(1) The protection of this Convention shall apply to: (a) authors who are nationals of one of the countries of the Union, for their works, whether published or not; (b) authors who are not nationals of one of the countries of the Union, for their works first published in one of those countries, or simultaneously in a country outside the Union and in a country of the Union'.

  • UAE (country of application) - United Arab Emirates Federal Law No. (7) of the Year 2002 Concerning Copyrights and Neighboring Rights, membership of UAE in Berne Convention is verified by WIPO Notification # 266 declared on July 11, 2014
  • USA - Digital Millennium Copyright Act of United States of America (Public Law 105–304 of 105th Congress , 17 USC 101 Note) enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled at October 28, 1998, membership of USA in Berne Convention is verified by WIPO Notification # 121 declared on November 17, 1988

1. Randomly Generated AES-256 encryption keys;
2. PKCS 5 V2.0 Scheme-2 password validation;
3. HMAC-SHA1 signature protection system;
4. Other digital protection tools.
